HR Consult Group AG is looking for a Systemingenieur (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will focus on the development and manufacturing of test systems for high-tech end products, playing a key part in bringing advanced technology to market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manufacture test systems.
- Apply and commission these test systems directly on high-tech end products.
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and engineering to review customer requirements and derive detailed development needs.
- Manage the complete requirement management process and steer the respective developments.
- Work with developers to test the practicality of prototypes and potential manufacturing processes.
- Validate the product development process, usability, and customer benefit, with a focus on cost and quality aspects.
What We're Looking For
- A completed technical degree or technical training.
- Professional experience in system engineering or requirement management.
- Knowledge of electronic measurement technology, including analog, digital, and high frequency.
- Experience with the analysis and review of requirements, and defining specification documents for development units in mechatronics, hardware, and software.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a sovereign and customer-oriented demeanor.
- A conceptual and responsible working style.
- Team player mentality.
- Very good German and English language skills.
