About the Role

What You'll Do

Undertake a structured training pathway to achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, equipping you with the knowledge to provide sound financial advice. If you already hold the qualification, participate in an intensive 3-month skills development course designed to refine your client engagement and advisory techniques.

Work closely with experienced mentors and benefit from ongoing business support to prepare for client interactions. Develop lasting relationships by understanding client needs and guiding them toward financial goals. Travel to meet clients in person, building trust through consistent, professional service.

Requirements

You must have the legal right to work in the UK for at least five years, along with a full driving license to attend client meetings. A clear credit history is required to meet regulatory standards. You should also be able to demonstrate at least five years of professional experience, regardless of industry.
