Gibb Group / Clarksons is looking for new talent to join our flagship Global Trainee Broker Programme. This programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of Clarksons brokers by providing deep understanding and hands-on experience across different broking markets.
What You'll Do
- Gain practical, on-the-job learning by working directly with industry experts.
- Rotate through different broking divisions in your first year to build experience in key markets.
- Potentially undertake an international secondment in one of Clarksons' global offices during your second year.
