Responsibilities
- Prepare court filings, motions, legal briefs, and related documentation
- Participate in court appearances, witness depositions, and settlement conferences
- Work collaboratively with legal professionals across multiple departments and locations to support team objectives
- Handle a portfolio of litigation matters independently from initiation through resolution as part of a legal team
- Maintain client communication and deliver updates on case progress
