Aptar is seeking a skilled Tool Fitter / Toolmaker to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform version changes on the entire mold park at our Le Neubourg site. You will be responsible for ensuring our tooling operates at peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Dismantle and clean molds.
- Analyze defects using quality reports and collaborate with the process team before acting on tooling.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Perform curative operations, including repairing water leaks, oil leaks, jamming, and hot system issues.
- Execute version changes on molds.
- Verify proper mold function through hydraulic tests, leak tests, and sensor and hot system checks.
- Use a laser engraver for part marking.
- Identify spare parts for traceability.
- Use grinding wheels to polish parts.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac Pro or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of procedures, instructions, and operating methods related to the function.
- Knowledge of GMP and the organization related to the site's quality system.
- Knowledge of Aptar products.
- CACES Crane, Pallet Truck, and Electrical Authorization.
- Proficiency in Office Pack, SAP, Neptune, MES, and PDMLink.
