As the Office Administrator for the Tokyo location, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient and welcoming workplace operations. You’ll manage front-of-house functions, oversee meeting room and desk allocations, and ensure the office environment reflects the company’s professional standards. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks such as supply ordering, equipment coordination, and invoice processing, all while supporting a seamless day-to-day experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and presents a positive first impression
- Manage logistical needs including space planning, resource coordination, and vendor relationships
- Process administrative requests and documentation with accuracy and discretion
- Build strong working relationships across departments and with external partners
- Collaborate with global teams in a distributed work environment
