Godot Consulting Group is hiring a Title Insurance: SoftPro Coordinator. In this Title Assistant role, you will be integral to supporting our title insurance and real estate operations. You will focus on managing title insurance documents and transactional flow, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
What You'll Do
- Handle title insurance documents and the transactional workflow.
- Work directly with representatives from administrative agencies, property owners, and members of the general public.
What We're Looking For
- Prior Title Insurance or Legal Assistant experience.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Title Insurance transactions.
- Familiarity with title insurance documents and transactional flow.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Nice to Have
- SoftPro experience.
- Current or prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal and/or a Real Estate Legal Assistant.
