Homera Health is hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through various assessment methods.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment technology and tools.
  • Support the creation of job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Engage with passive candidates through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Support the development of internship and co-op programs to attract young talent.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
