About the Role
This role serves as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, providing strategic HR guidance on talent management, performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness. The individual will partner closely with engineering and product teams to foster inclusive leadership, navigate change, and scale people practices in line with company growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology leadership to understand team dynamics and business objectives
- Provide counsel on organizational design and team structure during periods of growth
- Support change management initiatives across engineering and technical departments
- Guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Identify trends in engagement feedback and help teams implement action plans
- Facilitate leadership development and coaching for tech leads and managers
- Collaborate on talent review processes, including succession planning and high-potential identification
- Advocate for inclusive practices in hiring, promotion, and team interactions
- Work with HR programs to tailor people initiatives to technical teams
- Address complex employee relations issues with confidentiality and compliance
- Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Partner with recruiting to ensure alignment on tech hiring strategy and candidate experience
- Monitor workforce metrics to assess health and diversity of tech teams
- Support onboarding and integration of new leaders into the technology organization
- Serve as a liaison between HR and engineering leadership on policy interpretation
