AYLASHES is looking for a TikTok Livestream / Live Host to become the face of our brand in dynamic live sessions. You'll drive engagement and sales by presenting our products and connecting with our community, all with the maximum flexibility to work from home or any location.
What You'll Do
- Moderate livestreams confidently and coherently, explaining content clearly.
- Actively interact with the community by responding to live chat, answering questions, and engaging with comments.
- Present products, topics, or guests authentically, sympathetically, and convincingly.
- Maintain a positive, lively atmosphere and keep viewers engaged.
- React calmly and with a solution-oriented mindset to technical problems or unexpected situations.
- Keep stream goals—such as reach, engagement, and sales—in focus and tailor your moderation accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- A confident and likeable presence on camera.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct interaction with viewers.
- Demonstrated interest in beauty, social media, and TikTok trends.
- Natural sales talent or a willingness to actively present products.
- Willingness to go live 7 days a week.
