Lola Blankets is seeking a TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our brand's reach through TikTok influencer marketing. You will manage influencer partnerships from identification to compensation and act as a thought leader for our broader digital marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Own TikTok influencer partnerships, leading the sales calendar, identification, outreach/recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and compensation using the influencer CRM.
- Manage TikTok Shop affiliate platforms and work alongside the Performance Marketing Team and Community Manager.
- Own TikTok influencer contracts & negotiations, partnering with legal to ensure FTC compliance.
- Work with Performance Marketing to find & source influencers who can create dedicated SparkCode content.
- Set and track social media KPIs for influencer marketing, dividing campaigns by brand awareness and sales driving.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand & Head of Product Development on influencer collaboration product strategy and PR.
- Be the main point of contact for all TikTok influencers and focus on building relationships with creators.
- Work with the Social Media Manager & Community Manager on gifting creators.
- Work with external vendors to create high caliber influencer & PR packages.
- Act as a thought leader for paid digital marketing broadly, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong creative and critical thinking skills, and a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Experience working with paid advertising teams and working with influencers across a variety of media platforms: IG, FB, TikTok, Podcast marketing, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
