Braze is hiring a Tier 2 Support Analyst Intern to play a key role in helping customers navigate administrative and technical needs. You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide expert guidance, and contribute to special projects that impact the team and our customers.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide expert guidance
- Ensure seamless support experiences
- Perform Salesforce reporting
- Create knowledge items
- Assist with the customer support portal
- Participate in other assigned tasks and projects
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program with a graduation date after August 2026
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural or agtech related disciplines
- Experience with MS-Office
- Previous experience in a direct customer-facing job
- Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work there
Nice to Have
- Some knowledge or experience using remote access, networking, troubleshooting technology (hardware or software), SQL, etc.

You will join the Tier 2 Support Team, focused on deep dive triage and content management, and will report to the VP, Customer Support.
