Total Expert is hiring a Tier 1 Technical Support specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to our customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for Total Expert customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Document support interactions and solutions clearly.
- Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Tier 1 technical support or help desk role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
