Total Expert was looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support

Total Expert is hiring a Tier 1 Technical Support specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to our customers. You will be the first point of contact, helping to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for Total Expert customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Document support interactions and solutions clearly.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Tier 1 technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
