Prime Robotics is hiring a Tier 1 Support Technician to serve as the crucial first point of contact for technical support across customer sites. In this role, you will provide foundational troubleshooting for our Automated Guided Vehicle systems and supporting infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests from customer sites.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed.
- Assist with monitoring customer site health and system uptime.
What We're Looking For
- Solid Windows OS knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours.
Nice to Have
- Linux experience.
- Helpdesk or IT troubleshooting background.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
