Tether Operations Limited is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function. This role is central to managing workflows, ensuring clear scope definition, and aligning priorities across Product and Development teams as we pioneer a global financial revolution.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
- Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
- Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on scope
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs
- Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops to keep stakeholders aligned
- Oversee website launches and updates, coordinating design, content, and development changes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints
- Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms in collaboration with designers and developers
- Establish and refine processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and clarity within the marketing design workflow
- Maintain documentation for project tracking, status reporting, and post-launch reviews
- Support campaign execution, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launch, including close collaboration with design and development teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams
Nice to Have
- Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries
- Italian or Spanish fluency
