Lucix Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO’s Electronic Technologies Group, seeks a Test Engineer Manager to lead a team developing software and hardware solutions for complex engineering tests across commercial and defense programs. You will be a self-starter who takes ownership of projects from design to deployment, working at a rapid pace.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, deploy, and document RF ATE Test Systems, primarily using Python, for testing RF and microwave devices for space and defense applications.
- Develop and refine company-level software architecture and reuse strategy.
- Create and refine software development and management processes, including version control, code review, and coding standards.
- Interface with product engineers to develop ATE test solutions that validate device performance across various test conditions.
- Create test data sheets for customer reporting.
- Create, maintain, and update data processing applications in Python.
- Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate customer data packages.
- Maintain existing legacy ATE software (LabVIEW and Keysight / Agilent VEE).
- Migrate and update legacy ATE software to more modern platforms like Python.
- Manage a small team of at least 3 test engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing a team of test engineers.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying RF ATE Test Systems with Python.
- Strong background in software development processes and architecture.
- Ability to interface with product engineers and develop test solutions for complex device validation.
- Experience creating and maintaining data processing applications and customer data packages.
- Hands-on experience with legacy ATE software maintenance and modernization.
