Role OverviewAs a Test Center Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering secure and reliable testing experiences. You'll ensure all exams are conducted according to established protocols while providing clear guidance and support to candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standardized procedures to verify candidate identities and confirm eligibility for testing.
- Guide examinees through check-in, explain testing rules, and monitor them during exam sessions.
- Respond promptly to technical difficulties by coordinating with internal support teams.
- Maintain a professional testing environment through routine cleaning, including sanitizing workstations and vacuuming after each session.
- Adapt to a rotating schedule with shifts available Monday through Saturday, including occasional weekends.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work flexible hours. The role requires extended periods of sitting, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, and the ability to move between testing areas. Strong observational skills and comfort in a quiet, structured environment are essential.
Previous customer service experience is preferred. Familiarity with proctoring or exam supervision is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required for daily tasks and communication.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a starting rate of $17.75 per hour. Employees accrue paid sick time and have access to additional resources designed for new hires. Schedules are released at least two weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
