What You'll Do
Drive sales performance for continuous glucose monitoring solutions across a designated region, focusing on expanding market presence and meeting revenue goals. Conduct outreach to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to introduce product benefits and support informed decision-making. Deliver live demonstrations and provide follow-up assistance to ensure confident use of the technology.
Develop and execute localized strategies to grow customer engagement and increase product uptake. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, diabetes educators, and procurement teams to strengthen long-term partnerships. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, refine outreach approaches, and report key insights to internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted resource by addressing customer needs and resolving concerns promptly.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least three years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably within the diabetes space. A demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets in clinical environments is essential. Strong data analysis capabilities and familiarity with CRM platforms are required. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with local stakeholders. Candidates should have between 3 and 8 years of direct sales experience in the medical sector.
