About the Role
The individual in this role will lead commercialization efforts for a breakthrough therapy within a designated territory by building relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote a medical device therapy to sleep apnea specialists and other relevant physicians
- Develop and execute territory plans to expand market penetration
- Identify and convert new physician accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Deliver product presentations and clinical training to medical staff
- Respond to inquiries about therapy indications and patient suitability
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient follow-up and care coordination
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Stay current on sleep medicine trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Manage inventory and product logistics for physician offices
- Work with insurance providers to support patient access
- Educate referral networks on therapy benefits and patient selection
- Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies as needed
