Memorial Healthcare System seeks a Territory Manager - IL to strengthen partnerships with Trek and Electra retailers across the Midwest. Your primary responsibility is to develop and strengthen retailer partnerships to increase sales and market share. You will represent Trek’s standards and brand while working to grow the business in your territory.

What You'll Do

Drive sales for Trek, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager Accessories.
Set goals, monitor dealer performance, and handle forecasting, ordering, prospecting, and the sales process.
Appoint, develop, and consult with retailers to maximize our market position.
Provide product and sales training to Trek retailers in your territory.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment and identify areas of opportunity.
Make recommendations to retailers about Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service and embody the Trek brand.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales experience.
Enjoy traveling—exploring your territory and visiting Trek HQ in Wisconsin.
Flexibility for overnight travel when needed.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Good organization and follow-up skills.

Nice to Have

Sales experience preferably in the cycling industry.
Working knowledge of the Ascend Point of Sale System.
Familiarity with the area and markets.
