At LendingOne, Territory Loan Officers play a key role in expanding our market presence by connecting with real estate investors and guiding them toward smart financing decisions. You'll operate in a dynamic, consultative sales environment, helping clients assess their business ventures while leveraging LendingOne's full-service lending platform.
What You'll Do
- Locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close new business relationships
- Assist LendingOne and potential borrowers in assessing the borrower's business ventures
- Analyze the borrower's income potential and credit worthiness
- Advise borrowers on the business decision of using LendingOne financial products
- Maintain professional engagement skills to work successfully with new clients
- Build relationships and gain repeat business
