What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Respond promptly to tenant calls, questions, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Utilize Rent Manager software to manage tenant accounts, track requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Support tenants with lease-related questions, billing, and general property information.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs efficiently.
