UGL is hiring a Telecommunications Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Meet engineering goals and deliverables as outlined in project timelines and as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Contribute to and oversee the creation of project-related documentation, including design reports, schematics, schedules, calculations, material lists, quality strategies, and document control plans.
  • Track and manage design expenditures to remain within approved financial limits, consulting with leadership on any modifications impacting cost.
  • Ensure full alignment and integration of design components across all members of the engineering team.
  • Plan and carry out required design reviews, verification processes, and validation activities, integrating results into final designs.
  • Support and guide junior and design-focused engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing when needed.
  • Comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards applicable to engineering operations and workplace conduct.
  • Complete additional duties, assignments, or special initiatives as assigned by the reporting manager.
