As a Telechat/Phone Chat Support Specialist, you'll be our frontline hero, connecting with clients through phone and chat platforms. Your mission? To be the ultimate problem-solver and first point of contact, delivering customer service that turns inquiries into awesome experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Fielding phone and chat inquiries about our market research products and services
- Diving deep into customer issues and resolving them with lightning-fast precision
- Generating killer sales leads and setting up appointments for our sales team
- Keeping our CRM system razor-sharp with meticulous records of every customer interaction
- Working hand-in-hand with teammates to continuously level up our processes and customer experience
- Staying on the cutting edge of product knowledge, industry trends, and market shifts
- Maintaining ironclad customer confidentiality while following company policies to the letter
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma (minimum); college degree? Even better
- At least 2 years of customer support experience, with bonus points for remote work expertise
