This role is central to shaping how team members experience the organization from first contact through departure. You’ll oversee onboarding, professional development, and offboarding with precision, ensuring every transition is smooth, well-documented, and aligned with core values. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, coordinating logistics, training, documentation, and communication to create a consistent and supportive experience.
- Manage employee lifecycle events including promotions, transfers, manager changes, and information updates with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support skill development by maintaining training programs, tracking progress, and updating content to keep learning relevant and accessible.
- Conduct onboarding checkpoints, Stay Interviews, and Exit Interviews to gather insights that inform retention and engagement strategies.
- Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and empathy, guiding team members through processes and policies with confidence.
- Monitor help tickets and resolve requests efficiently, escalating only when necessary.
- Keep HR systems—including BambooHR—accurate and compliant, ensuring records are secure, complete, and up to date.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and collaborate with the team to refine processes, documentation, and tools.
- Support benefits administration, compliance initiatives, and HR projects as needed, adapting to shifting priorities during growth periods.
- Contribute to documentation improvements using platforms like GitHub, submitting updates that enhance clarity and usability across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR operations.
- Minimum of 3 years in HR or employee lifecycle management with hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, and process execution.
- Proven ability to maintain HR systems with strong attention to data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating clear, standardized documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- Comfort working in digital collaboration environments using tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and HRIS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with GitHub for managing documentation workflows.
- Proficiency in designing or updating training content and learning journeys.
- Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and regulatory updates.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Exposure to bonus reconciliation, employment verifications, or external reporting processes.
