About the Role
We are seeking a freelance professional to capture and create compelling visual content for use in marketing and communications. The work will involve planning and executing photo and video shoots, editing deliverables to meet brand standards, and ensuring timely submission of final assets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate photo and video production for various projects
- Capture high-resolution images and footage in studio or on location
- Conduct interviews or staged scenes when required for storytelling
- Edit raw video and photo content using professional software
- Color-correct and enhance visuals to match brand guidelines
- Manage file organization and metadata for easy retrieval
- Collaborate with creative leads to align on visual direction
- Adhere to project timelines and submission deadlines
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently
- Ensure all necessary permits and location permissions are secured
- Maintain and transport personal gear as needed
- Provide shot lists and production schedules in advance
- Deliver final assets in multiple formats for digital platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots
- Preserve authenticity while meeting brand messaging goals
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote creative teams
- Background in commercial or editorial content creation
- Familiarity with brand storytelling principles
- Previous freelance project management experience
- Knowledge of social media content requirements

Candidates must have access to professional-grade cameras, lighting, audio recording gear, and editing software. Proof of equipment capability may be requested during onboarding.
