KPMG Spain is seeking recent graduates to join as Technology Team Members within our Financial Services Consulting practice. This graduate program offers an innovative selection process leading to a start date of September 2026 in Madrid. You will work on high-impact projects, advising Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies on their strategic, technological, and operational challenges.
What You'll Do
- Advise Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies on defining their strategy, developing systems plans, and reviewing their processes and IT governance.
- Design new digital architectures and collaborate in the selection and implementation of technological solutions for clients.
- Participate in technology projects across areas such as Technology Risk Management, PMO Services, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Development of Emerging Technologies.
- Define the Technology Strategy for banking entities.
- Advise on the review and redefinition of business processes.
- Provide regulatory advice to help clients comply with market best practices and applicable regulations.
- Work on projects related to Artificial Intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Technical Engineering or a Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Telecommunications, etc.).
- An advanced English level (C1).
- Strong communication skills, extroversion, and an interest in building client relationships.
- Proven teamwork ability, proactivity, and motivation for the project.
- Motivation to work in the financial sector.
Nice to Have
- A specific interest in working on projects related to technological strategy, IT Governance, Data, technological PMO, and/or regulatory advisory.
