Torch is looking for a Technology Leadership Coach to provide high-impact coaching services remotely to clients across the globe. You'll join a mission-driven organization focused on developing leaders.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert one-on-one coaching to technology leaders remotely
- Support client growth and leadership development across multiple time zones
- Adapt coaching methodologies to diverse cultural and business contexts in USA, APAC, and EMEA
- Maintain detailed coaching records and track client progress
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience coaching technology executives or senior leaders
- Deep understanding of leadership challenges within technology organizations
- Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule across multiple global regions
- Strong virtual facilitation and communication skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. You will provide services to clients located in the USA, APAC, and EMEA regions, requiring flexibility across time zones.
