Nestlé is seeking a Technology Innovation Specialist to develop, adapt, and industrialize RTD (Ready To Drink) products, ensuring their technical feasibility, compliance with quality standards, plant capacity, costs, and timelines. This role is pivotal in connecting business needs with operational reality to guarantee successful product launches.
What You'll Do
- Develop and adapt RTD food products from the conceptual phase through to industrialization.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of projects, considering plant capabilities, process requirements, and costs.
- Coordinate and execute pilot tests, industrial trials, and necessary validations prior to launch.
- Provide technical support to factories during startups, formula changes, thermal processes, and problem-solving.
- Manage technical interaction with suppliers, procurement, co-manufacturers, and corporate teams.
- Guarantee correct plant execution from the first startup, effectively connecting business needs with operational reality.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in food product development, preferably in dairy and RTD.
- Experience with thermal processes and plant process validation.
- Ability to coordinate pilot tests, industrial trials, and technical validations.
- Clear and effective communication, with the ability to work across different areas.
- Advanced English, essential for interaction with global teams.
- Proficiency with tools: Excel – Intermediate/Advanced, PowerPoint – Intermediate, SAP – Intermediate.
- Collaborative work style, innovative thinking, and ability to connect technical development with business needs.
- Occasional availability to travel to co-manufacturers or external plants as required by projects.
