About the Role

KairosIT is seeking a Technology Account Manager to nurture client relationships and maximize the value delivered through our technology solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client objectives, navigating their IT needs, and facilitating collaboration with our technical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementations and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, preparing reports for clients to showcase the value delivered through our solutions.
  • Engage in contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements to maximize account profitability and value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of key client-specific processes and high-level processes for key accounts.
  • Provide issues escalation and resolution support.
  • Maintain contract and renewal awareness.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, IT sales, or a similar role within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT service solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales and client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within an MSP or IT service provider environment.
  • Experience with MSP software for managing client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
