Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Technician to join our team managing Vanit Place Aree and Vanit Village. You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations, acting as the front line for maintenance needs.
What You'll Do
- Regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities using predefined checklists.
- Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations.
- Carry out equipment repairs for clients.
- Coordinate with vendors to perform maintenance work promptly.
- Speed up required equipment moves, adds, and changes implementation.
- Ensure all actions follow local governmental rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Certification in electrical or mechanical repair.
- Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Bangkok, THA.
