Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound leads and outbound sourcing activities on a daily basis
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, SMS, email, and social platforms
- Lead screening calls and clearly present the partnership model
- Handle objections related to: Commission structure, Independence vs. stability, Legal and onboarding requirements
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, mindset, and earning potential
- Drive candidates through the full recruitment funnel, from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)
Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based commission per onboarded technician
