Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) projects from inception to completion.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Provide input into the development of project plans and schedules.
- Contribute to the development of technical standards and guidelines.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and communities of practice.
- Provide feedback and input into the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Support the development of training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure that projects align with client business objectives and requirements.
- Provide input into the development of service level agreements (SLAs).
