Requirements
- Thorough understanding of lease terms, lessor and lessee responsibilities, and CAM estimates and reconciliation calculations
- Knowledge of buildings, structures, and systems
- Construction management and project management
- Accrual accounting
- Ability to balance “owning” your portfolio yourself with collaborative teamwork.
