JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) is seeking a Technician to maintain building systems and equipment at the prestigious One Bangkok site. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, tenant support, and ensuring the operational integrity of critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain control systems and installed building equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule.
- Complete assigned checklists from Engineers and Senior Technicians.
- Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants.
- Perform full inspections of electrical, pneumatic climate controls, and valves.
- Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperatures.
- Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions.
- Prepare for and respond to emergencies or unexpected situations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Vocational certificate or Diploma in Electricity or a related field.
- Availability to work in shifts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in preventative maintenance and building systems for high-rise buildings.
- Possession of an electrical license.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Work Mode
This role is onsite at our location in Bangkok, Thailand.
