What You'll Do
- Regularly inspect all equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists.
- Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations.
- Carry out repairs on equipment as requested by clients.
- Coordinate with vendors for immediate maintenance work.
- Accelerate the implementation of required equipment moves, adds, and changes.
- Ensure all actions comply with local governmental rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Certification for electrical or mechanical repair.
- Experience working in a facilities and maintenance role.
- Good written and spoken communication skills to clearly report issues and provide instructions.
