Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Technician (Energy Complex) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of critical building systems and equipment within a major energy facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
What You'll Do
- Control systems and equipment installed within the building.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain building equipment according to the established work plan.
- Record all inspection and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas for operation.
- Operate consistently within company regulations and safety standards.
- Inspect and repair tenant-reported equipment issues.
- Supervise contractors working in the building to ensure safety.
- Record electricity, water, and cooling system metrics according to assigned schedules.
- Coordinate with other building staff, such as security and cleaning teams, to facilitate quick service and repairs.
- Prepare electrical and telephone systems for booths as required.
- Be prepared for and respond to various emergency situations.
- Separate and distribute domestic and international telephone bills to respective companies.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Building Engineer or Head Technician, collaborating closely with other technical and operational staff to maintain the facility.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand.
