2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s. is looking for a Technical Writer Trainee. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week, designed specifically for students. You will create clear and understandable user manuals and technical guides for our products, helping to bridge the gap between our technology and our customers.

What You'll Do

Create, update, and manage integration guides for 2N and third-party partner systems within the Salesforce Knowledge Base.
Migrate existing documentation and unify its visual style according to design guidelines using Figma.
Work independently with our products and applications to gather materials and screenshots.
Gather technical information from developers, testers, and product managers to translate into clear user guides.
Coordinate documentation translations and final publication in cooperation with the Translation Manager.

What We're Looking For

Excellent written expression and the ability to interpret technical text for customers.
Independence and initiative to take on an agenda and see it through to completion.
Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
The ability to search for and work with information systematically.
Analytical thinking, thoroughness, and a strong attention to detail.
English language skills at least at the B2 level.
An interest in IT, electronics, or telecommunications.
An active, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn new things.

Nice to Have

Experience from a similar position or practice in creating and managing technical documentation.
