Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Mid-Level Technical Writer to craft critical pre-solicitation and acquisition strategy documents for U.S. Government clients. You will ensure our deliverables comply with federal policies while advising on complex DoD/IC acquisition regulations and modernizing acquisition management systems.
What You'll Do
- Draft pre-solicitation documents that clearly reflect Government requirements and adhere to federal regulations.
- Create acquisition strategy documents and assist in their implementation.
- Advise on the interpretation and tailoring of DoD/IC acquisition regulations and memorandums.
- Ensure delivered systems are affordable, supportable, and effective.
- Analyze and develop improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems for acquisition management.
- Write use cases and cyber task orders.
- Document results of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Update and manage work items in Kanban (JIRA) tickets.
What We're Looking For
- An active Top-Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution.
- Six (6) years of experience as a Technical Writer on programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
Nice to Have
- A Full Scope (FS) polygraph is desired.
