TrueML is seeking a Technical Talent Partner to take ownership of sourcing, recruiting, and closing our most critical and strategic roles. You will be a key partner to our Product & Technology function, helping us build a team of inspired professionals dedicated to our mission.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for strategic roles across the Product & Technology function.
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring leaders in Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, UI/UX, and/or Security.
- Ensure the delivery of high-caliber talent within mutually-agreed service level agreements.
What We're Looking For
- A proven, consistent track record in technical recruiting.
- Deep technical understanding to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Experience as a technical recruiter for a high-velocity early or midstage startup or software company.
- The ability to manage recruiting across a wide breadth of technical roles, often simultaneously or with minimal context-shifting.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Recruiting and other people leaders, reporting to the Director of Recruiting. You'll join a mission-driven team working to create better customer experiences for distressed borrowers and ensure nobody gets locked out of the financial system.
