SONDA is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide on-site field service support to our clients in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and problem resolution for SONDA products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Act as a technical agent for clients, providing value-added resolution for problems related to installation, maintenance, and use of SONDA products.
- Provide an adequate level of support to customers contacting SONDA's solution centers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following established guidelines and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A technology degree in Information Technology.
