Role Overview
You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers using advanced imaging and analysis systems, delivering expert support and guidance. Based in Hamburg, Germany, you'll work directly with clients across Europe to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth operation of their equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to microscope and imaging platforms
- Conduct remote and scheduled training sessions to help users maximize system performance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps for videoscopes and non-destructive testing devices
- Support deployment and configuration of X-ray fluorescence analysis instruments
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge resources
What You’ll Need
- Demonstrated ability to understand and work with complex technical systems
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on problem resolution
- Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and suggest solutions
