Pompa Program is hiring an Admissions Outbound Representative

About the Role

Role Overview

As an Admissions Outbound Representative, you are the first point of personal contact for individuals who have expressed interest in improving their health. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to webinar registrants and warm leads, helping them reconnect with the insights they gained and guiding them toward meaningful next steps—whether that’s purchasing a toxicity test kit or scheduling a consultation with a Health Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make proactive outbound calls to engaged leads, maintaining a consistent and measurable call volume
  • Reinforce the value of the webinar experience and align it with each prospect’s personal health goals
  • Introduce the toxicity test kit as a practical and insightful next step in their wellness journey
  • Use discovery questions to understand individual concerns, motivations, and readiness to act
  • Present product benefits clearly and personally, focusing on relevance and impact
  • Handle objections with empathy, confidence, and in-depth knowledge of the offerings
  • Close sales on the call when appropriate, securing test kit purchases
  • Book follow-up appointments with Health Advisors for those not yet ready to purchase
  • Ensure each prospect fully understands the purpose and benefits of the recommended next step
  • Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Send timely follow-ups and reminders to keep momentum
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and Health Advisors, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, conversions, and scheduling
  • Share insights and feedback to help refine messaging, lead targeting, and overall effectiveness

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in outbound sales, admissions, or a high-volume phone-based role. A history of meeting or exceeding performance goals is essential. Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to navigate objections with empathy are key to success in this position. Familiarity with CRM platforms and structured sales processes is required. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience in health, wellness, or functional medicine settings; success in converting warm leads from digital marketing campaigns; knowledge of consultative selling techniques; and prior work in performance-based compensation models.
