Granicus is hiring a Technical Support Representative within our Professional Services department. This role is based in Costa Rica and will be performed remotely, working within the local country.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document support cases and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote setting.
