About the Role
This position combines technical support and pre-sales responsibilities to assist enterprise clients in deploying and maximizing a cloud-based digital signage platform. The role involves troubleshooting, solution design, and technical consultation throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during sales cycles to support deal progression
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to define technical requirements for client proposals
- Configure and customize SaaS solutions for customer demonstrations
- Deliver product onboarding and technical training to clients
- Document technical processes and customer-specific configurations
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams
- Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party systems and APIs
- Support the rollout of digital signage deployments across multiple locations
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within defined SLAs
- Create proof-of-concept setups to validate customer use cases
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address technical risks
- Escalate complex software bugs to development teams with detailed reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and new features
- Assist in writing technical responses for RFPs and security questionnaires
- Guide customers through firmware and software upgrades
- Optimize system performance based on customer usage patterns
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in deployments
- Coordinate with support and success teams during customer transitions
- Track and report on support ticket resolution metrics
- Deliver post-implementation technical check-ins
- Advise on best practices for network and hardware setup
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements
- Support multilingual clients across European time zones
- Contribute to knowledge base content for internal and external use
