About the Role
This position involves working closely with enterprise clients to understand technical requirements, guide solution design, and ensure seamless integration and adoption of the platform through hands-on support and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and technical environments
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions using platform capabilities
- Provide post-sales support during initial deployment and configuration phases
- Assist in resolving technical obstacles that arise during customer onboarding
- Work alongside engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Develop documentation and best practices for common implementation scenarios
- Support the creation of security and compliance justifications for customer audits
- Participate in technical discussions with client stakeholders and IT teams
- Help define integration strategies with existing customer infrastructure
- Present technical updates and roadmap insights to customer teams
- Troubleshoot performance or configuration issues in customer environments
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer expectations
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal development teams
- Contribute to training materials for customer success teams
- Stay current with evolving cloud security and infrastructure technologies
- Assist in crafting responses to technical request for proposals (RFPs)
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and identify opportunities for expansion
- Support renewal discussions with technical validation and usage insights
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all platform features and updates
