Radformation is seeking a Technical Support Physicist to provide expert remote clinical support for our advanced medical physics software solutions. You will be the technical bridge between our products and clinical users.

What You'll Do

Provide expert remote clinical support and troubleshooting for Radformation software products.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by clinical users.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate user feedback and complex technical problems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Guide customers through software implementation and configuration processes.

What We're Looking For

Advanced degree in Medical Physics, Physics, or a closely related field.
Strong clinical understanding of radiation therapy treatment planning and quality assurance.
Proven experience in a clinical medical physics environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to technical troubleshooting.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
