CrowdStrike seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join a highly skilled, global Customer Support team. In this remote role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems for CrowdStrike customers, maximizing the value of their investment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to customer success.
What You'll Do
- Work in a dynamic technical environment with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ownership of customer concerns by assessing impact, troubleshooting logically, engaging stakeholders, identifying root cause, and resolving issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer escalations quickly.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve bugs or enhance product features.
- Manage time and workload to meet or exceed operational goals.
- Learn and apply new technologies and product features.
- Create and share knowledge articles and contribute to mentoring and training efforts.
- Be available to work scheduled shifts or holidays as required by business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a product technical support role supporting global enterprise customers.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- A strong customer focus, with analytical thinking and logical troubleshooting aptitude.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues at the application and operating system level within Windows, Linux, or Mac environments.
- Understanding of operating system fundamentals including user and kernel space, memory management, shared libraries, file and network I/O, the Windows registry, and software distribution.
- Practical experience using tools and techniques to debug problems within Windows, Linux, or Mac environments.
