What You'll Do
Deliver live demonstrations of PV inverters and energy storage solutions to help customers understand product capabilities and proper usage. Conduct technical training sessions tailored to customer needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues, using remote diagnostics or by visiting sites when necessary. Support installation processes and guide users through correct operation procedures to ensure system reliability.
Create clear and practical technical materials, including brochures, user manuals, and instructional videos, to enhance customer understanding and long-term product support.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in power electronics, electrical automation, or a related engineering field.
- Have at least one year of experience in after-sales service or technical support, with direct exposure to photovoltaic systems, lithium batteries, and inverters.
- Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be available for business travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Dutch or French language is an advantage and may support customer engagement in specific regions.
Technical Stack
Experience with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery technology, and inverter operation is essential to succeed in this role.
