As a Field Applications Engineer, you will play a key technical role in supporting customers throughout the product development lifecycle. Your work will focus on enabling successful integration of analog and mixed-signal components into real-world applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and design efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance during customer design phases, from concept through production
- Troubleshoot hardware and system-level issues, offering practical resolution strategies
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to design engineers and project teams
- Support sales efforts by evaluating application requirements and recommending suitable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience in circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout principles
- Familiarity with analog signal chain components such as amplifiers, data converters, and power management devices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and function generators
